Massage

Tea
A fresh brewed cup of tea can be an opportunity to 'take five' and take a break from whatever it is that you need a break from.   It is so easy to make a 15 minute ritual out of tea time and you will think of it as your special time.  The best thing is that you can have it all to yourself or share it with others, depending on what YOU want.  Spend  5 or 6 minutes making your tea.  Get what you need together and boil your water.  Gather your tea "cup", tea bag or loose tea & strainer, and whatever you need to boil the water.  Don't forget the little niceties that go with tea, like sugar or stevia for a sweet taste, lemon for a zest, or maybe a dash of milk, almond milk, coconut milk, or soy milk.  Take the next 10 minutes or so to relax while you sip your tea and enjoy the natural fragrance and flavors.  There are many many kinds of tea for you to try.  The flavors and combinations are nearly endless.  For a special treat, try a very high quality, organic tea.  Click here to see where you can find them.
